Wine Information

We are excited to be offering wine and it comes at a perfect time. Just recently, the Columbia Gorge was officially named a Viticulture Area. That means that the growing climate in the Columbia Gorge Viticulture Area (“CGVA”) is such that we deserve our own name. We are an official wine region. We produce delicious red and white wines.

Although drinking wine can be pretty easy as well as enjoyable, selling and shipping wine is not so simple. There are a few rules we need to follow.

First, we encourage you to add wine to the gift boxes you build yourself. If you want us to ship the gift (as opposed to deliver it in the Gorge), then please please consider using the blue pine wooden box for shipping. Second, we ship wine using Federal Express or UPS Ground service. Packages will arrive from 1-5 days on the west coast and 7-9 days to destinations east of the Rockies. In the summer months, we need to worry about the hot temperatures, so we may need to ship 2-3 days and if that's the case, we'll inform you of the shipping price.

Finally, we can't ship wine to every state. We can only legally ship to 20 states. Those include: AK, CA, CO, D.C., HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MO, MN, NE, NM, NV, NY, OR, TX, WA, WI and WY. Wine must be shipped to a person 21 years or older and he or she will be required to sign for the package. Wine gifts cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes nor can we ship wines internationally.
